When buying a new property one area that may be overlooked is the heating system. We are able to provide a home buyer report which will list information about the boiler, age, conditon of the system and the possible problems that could occur. Finding that you have to replace the boiler, copper cyclinder or that you have inherited other problems can be costly.

We can visit the property on your behalf and inspect the sytem for you, checking the condtion & age of the boiler, radiators, copper cylinder and the heating system in general. We will then provide you with a detailed report and the option to request a free quotation if any work is required. This is a visual inspection which is all that may be possible unless the property is empty in which case we can collect the keys from the agent.

While this is a chargeable service it does have the potential to save you money.
